SHIPPING POLICY

All Maple Defiant products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

FULFILLMENT

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or periods of high demand, fulfillment may take longer.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been fulfilled. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error in your address, please contact Maple Defiant as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

DELAYS OR LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
